If so, this is normal as these executables do not need to be 64 bit as the same versions of those files are used on both 64 bit and 32 bit systems, however the service that handles protection and scanning (MBAMService.exe) as well as the drivers used by Malwarebytes should all be 64 bit on a 64 bit operating system.
